8.3. 如果由于NextCLi的原因，您连续72小时不使用服务，您可以终止服务，但NextCLi控制范围以外的原因除外。
8.4. 在任何情况下，NextCLi都不对任何间接的、后果性的、惩戒性的、偶然的、特殊的损害所遭受的利润损失负责，包括您对NextCLi服务的使用（即使您已被告知这种损失的可能性）。
8.5. 在任何情况下，NextCLi对这些服务条款的违约责任总额不得超过默认服务所对应的服务费总额。
9. 不可抗力
9.1. 由于不可抗力或其他意外情况，使得本服务条款的履行不可能、不必要或无意义，遭受不可抗力，事故方不承担责任。
9.2. 不可抗力，是指不能预期、不能克服、不能避免的、对一方或双方有重大影响的事件，包括但不限于洪水、地震、瘟疫流行等自然灾害，以及战争、行为、电信干线中断、黑客、网络拥堵、电信部门技术调整、政府监管等社会事件。
10. 法律适用和争端解决
10.1. 本服务条款受美国法律管辖。
10.2. 在执行本服务条款的过程中，如果出现争议，双方应及时解决争议。在协商的情况下，任何一方可以直接向NextCLi所在地的当地法院起诉。
